- Open QuickBooks file.
- Go to the Help menu, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Press Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your issue, then click Let's talk and then choose a way to connect with us.
Keep in mind some options are only available at certain times. You can contact us every Mondays to Fridays from 6: 00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST. Then, until 3:00 PM PST every Saturdays.
