If QB really cared about their customers, we would be talking on the phone to representatives. The only time that we can call QB is to get more services.  I'm sick of hearing/seeing "No phone call required!" I should say"No phone call accepted!" I am desperately searching for a replacement program. Even thinking about going to paper books just to get rid of QB! I really have come to hate QB!
