I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Support Team so they can add your account to the investigation (INV-52107). By doing so, you'll receive updates regarding the issue via email.

 

To get in touch with them, you can use the sample file. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Open this link on a web browser: QuickBooks Test-Drives and Trial Links, then choose QuickBooks Online Test Drive.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
