The option to print 1096 is just located below the Print 1099 button. You can see this in the screenshot below.
If you can't still see it, follow these steps on how you can resolve common printing issues in QuickBooks Desktop:
- Close QuickBooks.
- Download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save it somewhere you can easily find (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop).
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub once the installation is complete.
Once done, proceed to these steps on how use the Tool Hub:
- Go to Program Problems.
- Select QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.
Then, go back to the 1099 Wizard to check if you can already see the Print 1096 button. More options that can resolve printing issued are discussed here: Troubleshoot Issues With Printing And .PDF Files.
