Welcome to Community, @arlandrum1.

I have some information about pulling up the 2021 W-3 form. Since the W-3 form is a summary of your W-2 forms, they are usually available towards the end of the year. This summary document provides a quick overview of the W-2 forms that are attached and sent with the form when you filed them.

However, if you're trying to file the 2020 W-3 forms you can file them by following these steps below.

  1. Go to Payroll, then Overview.
  2. From Tasks, tick the Show more dropdown to view all forms due.
  3. From W-2 Copies A & D, select File now.
  4. Choose Annual Forms, then W-2 Copies A & D.
  5. Hit Continue.
  6. If prompted, tell us whether or not one or more employees were active participants in a retirement plan during the tax year.
  7. On the Employer Copies: Form W-2 page, tap View to open Acrobat Reader.
  8. Review and print Copy D (Employer's copy) for your records.
  9. Click Submit to authorize us to file Copy A of Form W-2 electronically for you.

After we processed your W-2 filing, we'll send you and email letting you know it's complete. You can also check the status though:

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Taxes.
  2. Select Payroll forms or filings, then W-2.

If you want to print the form, you can refer to this article for the detailed steps: Print your W-2 forms.

Also, here's a link that covers all tasks you can do when using the payroll feature.
