Unfortunately, we're unable to change the preset labels in QuickBooks Desktop. Additionally, Avery #5160 is currently unavailable in the program.
You'll want to select Avery #5260 instead. This label format is exactly the same as Avery #5160 in size (1" x 2-5/8") and available in similar materials (matte white and clear film). Here's how:
- Select File from the top menu bar.
- Choose Print Forms.
- Select Labels, then enter the name of your customers or vendors.
- Click Print, then go to the Options tab.
- From the Label Format drop-down menu, choose Avery #5260.
- Click Print to complete the process.
