The Project/Job check box in the screen column is grayed out since this is working as designed. However, you can use the Other column and rename it as Project/Job, so your sales team can see the project name on the sales order, invoices. Let me show you how:
- Go to Lists.
- Choose Templates.
- Double click the template your using.
- In the Basic Customization window, click the Additional Customization button.
- Put a check mark beside the Other box and enter Project/Job in the Title column.
- Click OK.
You can also click the Print column, so you can see how it looks in case you want to print them.
