I have had to use the import .QBO process since I can remember. There is a new issue now. I cannot pay bills through IE. My bank is not using IE. What is the suggested fix? For now, I have to go outside of Quickbooks, log in to my bank, and pay bills. This is quite cumbersome. I would hope Quickbooks has a plan in place to make their users satisfied .
