Maybelle_S, Thanks for chiming in as a Moderator. You can now be part of the problem, or part of the solution. It is simple - QB customers DO NOT WANT TO LOGIN to Intuit to use THEIR OWN QB PROGRAM ON THEIR OWN PC. We cannot make it any clearer than that. Tell your managers, tell your directors, tell marketing & sales, tell the C-offices. Hundreds have told QB this fact. Thousands remain frustrated. QB has a major problem identified by many, many customers. Will you listen and help correct the problem? You have a choice, be part of the solution, or be part of the Borg. Choose wisely. Your customers await.
