Thanks for dropping by the Community, I'm happy to help. What you're going to want to do is change the profile for Lino so it has a different shipping address than billing address. Here's how:
- Select Sales or Invoicing from the left menu.
- Select Customers at the top.
- Select the Customer's name.
- Select Edit at the top right.
- Under Shipping Address uncheck the box labeled Same as billing address.
- Enter the Shipping Address and make sure that it is at least one character different from the billing address.
- Select Save.
When you uncheck that box and change the address, you'll enter Cloud's address. This way it sends to Cloud but is billed to Lino.
