By the way... I should add...
I'm receiving email updates to this thread. In order to reply, I must do the following absurd actions:
1 - Attempt to login to my Quickbooks online account
2 - Enter a multi-stage CAPTCHA
3 - Send a 'code' to either my email or cell phone via text
4 - Enter the code, get to the beginning of the thread...
5 - Find the newest response, hit reply, and attempt to respond
This is a perfect example of the frustration that all of us experience when we use Quickbooks in general, but when we are prevented from accessing a file that some of us have used for many years, just because YOU decided it should be more 'secure,' that crosses a line.
