I'll help you out with printing sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Since you're using Google Chrome, follow the steps below:
- Click the Sales tab.
- Select All Sales.
- Open the sales transaction in question.
- Choose Print or Preview, then tap Print or Preview again.
- Hit Print.
- On the window that appears, press More settings.
- From the Paper size drop-down menu, choose Letter.
- Uncheck Fit to page, then ensure that the scaling is set to 100.
- Tap Print.
