I had the same problem. I just restarted the program and the "Enter Memorized Transactions" window that usually pops up on opening showed up with all due transactions checked. I hit enter and it was all done. It is possible that I missed these for the first of the month because other first of the month transaction are scheduled to be entered 10 days before the first, and I kept the computer and the program running from before the first till now (third) and the window didn't pop up.
