This feature is not only just useless but a barrier to conducting business as it takes away time, confuses the user, and emotionally exhausting to the point everyone in our team are cursing this feature. There should be an option to TURN OFF the stupid thing, if it is supposed to be a "suggestion." It is not a suggestion, it is unsolicited forced popup that interrupts and distracts from the main working process. It can easily confuse novice users as well. We are at a point where we are considering another platform because of this!!!!
