Hi there, account deactivation process.
I appreciate for sharing with us your feedback on how the invoice preview looks like in the Edit invoices that turn heads and open wallets page.
When you print an invoice, by default QBO uses the portrait orientation. Alternatively, change the settings of your printer so you can produce a transaction on a landscape view.
Here’s how:
- Open the invoice you’re working on and hit the Print or Preview menu at the bottom of the page.
- On the Print preview window, hit the Print button to open the Print settings in QBO.
- From there, tap the More settings drop-down to see more options.
- Hit the Print using system dialog (Ctrl+Shift+P) menu to display your printer settings.
- Press the Preferences button to access the Printing Preferences screen.
- Click the Orientation drop-down and pick Landscape.
- Choose OK.
- Then, tap Apply and Print.
