This is not the impression we want you to have when using the product. Rest assured this is taken care of by our product developers to deliver the best experiences for all of the QuickBooks users. Most of the time, you'll get a prompt to log in to your Intuit account when creating or opening a new company file. This is to reinforce the security and license processes. You can choose the Remind option if you don't want to log in to your account. However, you'll still be asked to log in after 7 days.
I understand the importance of removing this prompt for you and to the other business owners as well. Hopefully, they'll consider the request in the coming updates. For now, you can stay current with the latest QuickBooks news and updates through our blog.
