Thank you, Intuit Community! I am the person who posted this originally. You, the users, all have spoken up very clearly that you find this requirement in the Desktop Edition to login to Intuit not acceptable, not useful and you would like it changed. Intuit employees - you have told us several times how you don't want us to feel the way we do about this. That's not very helpful and basically invalidates our feelings and does not address the real security concerns of the users and also their annoyance with a time-wasting requirement. Also there have been several other responses from Intuit that haven't hit the mark yet. What we need is for Intuit to update the software so that this is either not required (without a nag) or that there is an obvious way to turn it off the nag/make it go away permanently. Or at least put it on your development to-do list with a high priority given that the community has spoken out in a unified voice. Intuit, please address the real concerns of so many community members.
