Hello, @finance62.
Let me share some troubleshooting steps so you'd be able to contact our support
First, the users gather here in the Community to get support about the product. May I know what's going on and how can I help you get back to business? I'd appreciate if you can provide details of your concern on this thread, so I can lend a hand in fixing the issue.
In the meantime, you can access your QuickBooks account using a private browser or incognito browser. Then, try contacting our Customer Care team. This way we can check if this is a browser issue. You can use either of these shortcut keyboards:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Safari: Command + Shift + N.
Next, sign in to your QuickBooks account and go directly to the Help icon. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
- Enter your concern in the description field and hit Let's talk.
- Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
- Complete the needed information.
If you're able to view this, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache that's causing QuickBooks to behave abnormally.
However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend trying this out using a supported and up-to-date browser.
Keep me posted on how your chat goes by leaving a comment below. I want to be your direct point of contact so you'll be taken care. I'll jump right back in to assist if you need anything else.
