If you still get the same result, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. They have the tools to further investigate the issue and they can also guide you with the process.

  1. Open QuickBooks, then go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.
