Thank you for chiming in on the thread, DreamBig. If you need to need to access the Tech Support menu, follow these steps below.

 

  1. In the top menu bar, go to the Help option then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Choose the Contact Us button, as seen in the display.

From here, you can enter a brief description and follow the on-screen instructions to connect with us.

 

 To export .IIF files from QuickBooks Desktop, these six steps will accomplish just that. However, there are limitations when it comes to importing and exporting this. I recommend reviewing this article to learn more.

 

  1. Log into your company file as Admin.
  2. Switch to Single-user Mode by using the File menu.
  3. In the same File menu, locate Utilities, then Export, and select Export .IIF Fileds.
  4. Choose the location to save the file.
  5. Please enter the name of the file in the File name field and save it.
  6. Click OK once completed.
