Currently, QuickBooks will only let you use the audit history option to see your deleted journal entries. You can follow the steps provided my by colleague @JamesDuanT to get to the report.

I'll also share with your our page about undo and remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online which I'm sure you'll find helpful. It has step-by-step instructions that'll guide you through the process.
