I will continue to help you with this issue. Let's check if there are QuickBooks programs running in the background. We can stop them from the Force Quit Applications window.
- Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu (or simultaneously press the Command + Option + Esc keys).
- In the Force Quit Applications window, select a QuickBooks program and select Force Quit.
If there is no QuickBooks program, please contact our Support team. That way, they can start a screen-sharing session to check this further. They are available from 6 AM - 6 PM (PDT) Monday to Friday.

- Choose QuickBooks Mac Desktop.
- Click on Search for something else and enter type in opening program and click Search.
- Scroll down to the Message us section and click on Start a Message. They'll reply when they get your email during their office hours.
