As I've checked from our records, I found an ongoing investigation about customers not being able to print or email .pdf files in QuickBooks Desktop. Our engineers continue to research and work on this issue. While they're finding a fix, I also encourage reaching out to our Support Team and have them attach your case to the current investigation so they can add your account information to the notification list.
