I have been tracking this issue very closely and would really appreciate some help gathering information. For those who are experiencing the issue, can you please reply and tell me:
- Is Save-to-PDF working? Can you save an invoice as a PDF?
- Test that you can print to your XPS Document Writer.
- Open Notepad.
- Type Test. Select File and then Print.
- Select the XPS Document Writer, and then Print.
- Type a filename and save it to your desktop.
- Go to your desktop and view the XPS document you printed from notepad.
- Please say if you are using an antivirus product, and if so, which one.
Anyone details are MUCH appreciated and might help to find a permanent fix for the issue. Thank you!
