The option to remove the PPP banner on the Home Screen is unavailable for now. This new delivery system is intended to deliver important information and will allow Intuit to focus our messaging to specific groups of customers.
Currently, this will display information for the following customer groups:
- Payroll Customers who have not yet applied for a Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loan.
- Payroll Customers who have applied for a PPP loan using QuickBooks Capital but pending approval.
- Payments Banner for Enterprise Full Service Plans (FSP) Customers
- Payroll Customers who have applied for a PPP loan and have been approved but awaiting offer acceptance by the Customer.
- Payroll Customers who have applied for a PPP loan and have accepted the Offer and are ready for Forgiveness.
