Other questions

This may be helpful for those experiencing this problem.

  • Send the email like usual.
  • When it opens in Outlook, save it.
  • In Outlook, file>close it (it'll sit in the drafts folder).
  • Switch back to Quickbooks.
  • Quickbooks does something in the background (I get a spinning circle while it's working). On my machine it takes about a minute. During that minute, it looks like Quickbooks is Not Responding.
  • Once that background task is finished, Quickbooks resumes working normally.
