Regarding with the investigation number, this is still worked on by the Microsoft and QuickBooks engineers. The workaround to get rid of the error is:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Office 365
- Repair QuickBooks
You can contact the Microsoft Office's support to assist you with Step 1. Meanwhile, you can follow the detailed instructions in this link for Step 2: Repair your QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.
Also, you can still reach out to our Customer Care Team for any updates about the investigation. They can add your profile to the list of affected users who'll receive updates.
- Click Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact us and then enter that you get Reminder prompts.
- Select Continue.
- Choose either to Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
