To fix common errors right away, let's repair your QuickBooks Desktop. 

Here's how:

1. Restart the computer.
2. Back up your QuickBooks company file.
3. Click the Start icon and then type Control Panel.
4. Select Programs and Features. 
5. In the list of programs, choose QuickBooks.
6. Click Uninstall/Change.
7. Hit Continue and Next.
8. Select Repair and then Next. Wait for it to complete.
9. Once done, hit Finish.

After that, set up your webmail in QuickBooks. 

I'll guide you how:

1. Go to the Edit tab and choose Preferences.
2. Select Send Forms.
3. Click Web Mail and Add.
4. Fill out the Add Email Info and select OK.
5. Hit OK to save your changes.
