Let me assist you with your concern. You can check your Chart of Account if the Undeposited funds are active. Here's how:
- Go to the Accountant menu.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- On the Account button, click the drop-down arrow and select Show inactive Accounts.
- Click the X icon beside the account that is inactive (undeposited funds).
Once done, you can re-sort your chart of accounts to change the arrangement of the list into default. Follow these steps:
- On your Chart of Accounts, click the Accounts button.
- Select Re-sort List.
- Click OK.
