Email preference is a possible reason why you got this issue. What you need to do is to check for the email set up in your QuickBooks.
If you're using Outlook and getting this problem, follow the steps below:
- Close your QuickBooks.
- Open the Windows Start menu.
- Enter "QuickBooks" then right-click the QuickBooks icon and click on open file location.
- Right-click the QuickBooks.exe file in the folder and select Properties.
- Choose the Compatibility tab.
- Uncheck the Run this program as Administrator option. Once the option is grayed out, select Show Settings for All Users to make it visible.
- Hit Apply and then OK.
If you're using Webmail:
- Go to the Edit menu.
- Click Preferences.
- Choose Send Forms.
- Select WebMail then Add.
- Enter your email address.
- Pick the Use Enhanced Security checkbox and select OK.
