While our Product is conducting an investigation about the error when sending emails, you can save the form or report as PDF.  Then, email it outside QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

Regarding your support query, QBDT is currently limited to chat only.  We have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday. Hence, you're unable to receive a callback.

 

I suggest getting back in touch with our Support Team. I know you've already contacted them. However, they can pull up your account and add it to the investigation (INV-45546). This ticket is created to track all affected users. And, you'll receive updates regarding the issue via email.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose Start messaging to connect with a support expert.
