You'll want to make sure that you've selected the Auto check the Email Later checkbox so you can successfully send your invoice. Let me walk you through the steps.
- Click the Edit menu, select Preferences.
- Choose Send Forms.
- Go to the My Preferences tab, select the Auto-check the Email Later checkbox if customer's Preferred Delivery Method is email.
