What exactly is going to the Intuit Blog supposed to accomplish? The link you provided arrives at a landing page with generic QB blog topics. Searching for "INV-43564" yields "no results." If you are instructing those of us affected by this issue to get updates via the blog, please provide instructions that work. How about a link directly to the blog thread for this issue?
An update on my ongoing attempts to resolve this:
- my installation of QB 2020 on Mac Catalina was clean from the start. There were no previous versions (2019, 2018, etc).;
- uninstalling, reinstalling does nothing;
- returning to the permissions settings never shows QB as an option to grant access to;
- manually saving pdf invoices and emailing outside of QB is tedious.
Hope this gets escalated. Interested to hear from other users if they find a solution (excluding the uninstall, delete old versions, reinstall - which doesn't work for me).
