You can check your invoice template in the send form preferences to see if there's a link in your footer. Instead of entering the link, you can attach the screenshot or images in your template. Let me walk you through on how to customize your invoice template. Here's how:
- Go to your Edit menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Choose the Send Forms tab.
- Click the Company References menu.
- Look for the template that you've currently used for your invoices, and hit the Edit button.
- Customize your template.
- Click the Save button.
