All the years I have been using QBO, I've never seen an improvement, an addition or a bug fixed.
In my world, a bug is fixed when there is an update and when there is 100,000 complaints. If people aren't complaining and living with a nuisance, QBO will not take the initiative to fix a bug.
I've reported numerous bugs, by calls, and nada mate, nada... Still the same issues.
I've switched from MYOB, to Saasu to QBO (following my bookkeeper). I wanted to leave QBO a long time ago (but Bookkeeper won't and another reason I won't disclose) and the only reason being is 'QBO does not update, or fix bugs." A proactive company is one who audits its own system, not wait for 100,000 complaints before action is taken. That is not proactive, that is reactionary....
