1) the tool didn't work
2) the instructions to mess with my TEMP file settings, et al, shut down my spooler & killed ALL my printers
3) I *still* can't save/print to a PDF in quickbooks (2020 Pro Desktop with Assisted Payroll)
Guess I'll have to call Tech Support now.
