In point of sale, customizing the info pulled up for customer when making a sale

In Point of Sale, when you are in the 'Make a Sale' screen, when you click on a customer, some of the information shows across the top of the screen. By default, it shows the customer name, phone, email, history (last receipt date) and notes. Can you customize this information to choose the fields you want to see when ringing someone out on the 'Make a Sale' screen?
