Currently, adding photos to each inventory item is unavailable. You can only attach an image or another file type to a transaction like an invoice. You can attach documents in QuickBooks that have a paperclip icon. To attach a document, please follow the steps below.
- Click Company on the upper menu.
- Select Documents.
- Add or Scan a Document.
- Click Close.
You can also attach documents in your item list. Here's how:
- Click Lists on the upper menu.
- Select Item Lists.
- Click the box under the Attachment column beside Price.
- Click Done.
