Hello there, @BOQARI.
At this time, the Batch Delete/Void Transactions feature only allows you to delete checks, invoices, and bills. As a workaround, you can consider deleting your credit card transactions manually.
Here's how:
- Go to the Lists menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
- Select the credit card from the list.
- Find the transaction you want to delete, then right-click on it and select Delete Credit Card Charge.
- Click OK to confirm.
Also, you can follow the steps shared by my colleague Kristine Mae to inactivate the account instead of deleting it.
