While the Community can provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to certain questions, there are things that only our phone support can do to resolve the problem.

 

Since you've already tried the troubleshooting aboveI highly recommend giving them a call. They'll be able to do a screen-sharing session and see what's going on on your end when switching the QuickBooks display.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Click Help at the top menu bar and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern then click Contact us.
  3. To route you to the correct support expert, we need to know what type of question you have. Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  4. We’ll provide you a few options. You choose which one is best for you.
