To get the card reader, you’ll have to sign up for a QuickBooks Payments account and then place the order to get one. Let me show the steps to subscribe.
- Go to the Gear icon at the top and choose Account and Settings under Your Company.
- Tap the Payments menu in the Account and Settings section.
- This will open another window where you can select the Learn more option (QuickBooks Payments).
- Then, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
Once done, click this link to order the device: Mobile payments.
