We are tired of getting the run around on this.

The issues my clients are having is:

1-Quick Books says invite has been sent but employee never receives it.

2-Quick Books does not give us the option to 'resend' invite.

3-If employee has changed emailed address, it won't let us send a invite to the new address.

4-IF they do receive the email inviting them to Workforce, when they try to set up account, it tells them no information is available.

Those are just four of the issues that come to mind regarding issues my clients are having.

I have called support, been added to 'the list' but I don't have any faith in 'the list'.

 

We just want this fixed and I believe I am speaking for everything who's having issues!

 

Don't fix what's not broken!!
