Hello there, @BB7301.

You can find it through the Banking menu in QuickBooks Desktop. From there, choose Bank Feeds, then Bank Feeds Center. 

While navigating through the program, I went to the same page to look for the pencil icon. The option isn’t showing on my end.

Can you tell me what specific function that Pencil icon does? Knowing more about it can help me direct you to the area where it’s located.
