The transactions might be cleared after the statement end date, that's why they're not included when you reconcile the credit card. If that's the case, lets' go to the register to double-check.
Here's how:
- In your QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Accounting menu at the left pane to get to the Chart of Accounts.
- Locate the bank, then click the View register at the right under the Action column.
On the other hand, you can also filter the Reconcile reports to show all by following these steps:
- On the Reconcile page, tick the Resume reconciling button
- Click the Funnel icon above the Date column.
- Select All from the Cleared Status and Transaction Type drop-down list.
- Hit Apply.
