If you need to edit the email template in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), then you can simply follow these steps:
- Open your QBDT, then go to the Edit icon at the top menu bar.
- Select Preferences and click on Send Forms in the left panel.
- Hit the Company Preferences tab, and click on the Edit tab.
- In the Email Template make the necessary modification or click on the Insert Field button if you wish to add fields on your template.
- Click Save to remember the changes.
