I did not receive any help. The waiting time is way too long. I found on my own research that you have to be an admin to be able to send the invites from quickbooks. My company master in QB changed my access, from user to admin, now I can see the check box, and re-send invite. I was having to send out individual emails as well before. Now all the employees can access viewmypaycheck.
