Hi @GilroyKilroy,

This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience. And I personally want you to get the missing transactions for them to show in your bank feeds.

I've got an update from our engineers that it'll take up to 10 calendar days for the AMEX transactions to sync with QuickBooks. But if the transactions are more than the expected days, you'll need to manually update your AMEX transactions. Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, click Banking.
  2. At the upper right side of the page, click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

I've got you an article for more details: How to Manually Update Bank Accounts.

Also, for duplicate transactions, you can exclude and delete them to entirely remove them from your books. For your visual reference, you can visit this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiiaz0qLEBo

If the issue persists after the manual update, I encourage reaching out to our Technical Support Team again. This way, they can further investigate this matter and help you from there.
