I see how important it is to connect the barcode scanner to QuickBooks, It_shws.
I know you've called in before, however, I still suggest getting in touch with our technical support. An agent has more tools, like screen sharing, which can help you with syncing the scanner. Here's how:
- Click Help inside QuickBooks.
- Go to QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact us.
- Enter "connecting barcode scanner" in the Ask a question field, then click Continue.
- Select either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
