I know how it feels to have waited on the line. I've got a chance look around and found out that ITF-14 format isn't supported with QuickBooks. However, you can use the barcode wizard to create barcodes for your items. Let me guide you where you can create the barcode.
- Click Edit.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Items & Inventory, then Company Preferences.
- Click Advanced Inventory Settings.
- Click the Barcodes tab, then mark the Enable Barcodes box.
- Click Open Barcode Wizard. Follow the steps to complete the barcode scanning setup wizard.
- Click OK when done.
