I understand how it can be frustrating when the conversion tool isn't working. I respect your decision, but I want you to know that we're here to help complete the migration. 

 

For security reasons, running the tool needs the data access credentials. This is to ensure the correct Sage 50 company file is being converted into QB Enterprise 2019.
